  2. Enrollment Application – standardized form (F.PO.07.03)
  3. Bachelor Diploma and transcript – original and copy
  4. Birth Certificate – original and copy
  5. Marriage Certificate – original and copy
  6. 4 Color Photographs – ¾, decent attire, printed photo paper
  7. ID Card / Passport – original and copy
  8. Copy of the acceptance letter / approval for enrollment / certificate for EU or international citizens
  9. Proof of Payment of Registration Fee (for students from other universities)
  10. Thesis / Diploma / Dissertation – including supervisor’s report, originality statement, PDF CD, anti-plagiarism report
  11. Academic Record – signed and stamped by the institution
  12. Certificate of Graduation – complete, signed and stamped
  13. Completed Settlement Note
  14. Master graduates – proof of bachelor completion
  15. ALUMNI Sheet – Form F.PO.01-AS.04
